Upon request, we can provide analysis of all works executed by inexperienced contractors, including the condition of the foundations. It often happens that the investor is not satisfied with the work executed by other entities or that defects appear on the foundation after a few years. In such case, an analysis and assessment of the quality and accuracy of the previously completed work needs to be prepared.

Our task is to precisely assess the actual condition, and carry out works such as taking samples and submitting them for concrete quality analysis in special laboratories, inspection and assessment of defects and cracks formed in the concrete and grouting, inspection of the foundation across the entire depth with video cameras, measurement of the tower movement relative to the foundation (see more: ACC Monitoring), finding the cause of water penetration inside the turbine, analysis of the steel reinforcement for its correct arrangement and assessment of the thickness of the concrete covering the reinforcement.

We provide such services across Europe, and each completed inspection is confirmed by a works report with detailed photographic documentation.
