For the last 15 years, we have been actively involved in the development of the wind power industry, starting from the first projects in Poland. The high quality delivered has earned us the trust not only of the largest construction companies operating in the wind power sector, but also of the largest wind turbine manufactures worldwide.

In 2020 alone, we built approx. 250 000 m² of roads and 84 foundations for wind turbines.

Regardless of the type of service we provide, whether it includes construction works, foundation repair works, waterproofing, grouting or other works, our employees have certificates of training completed related to each material used, and relevant safe working instructions are provided for each type of work.

We always focus on the quality of services provided, the safety of employees and the environment. Before starting work, each employee must be certain that they are properly trained, protected and have the correct tools for the job. The "SAFETY FIRST” principle is our priority. Should the person performing the assigned task have any doubts regarding the safety of himself/herself or other employees, he/she must stop their work and discuss further steps with the supervisor and together work out solutions that would guarantee such safety.

Every day we improve and enhance our employees’ skills. ACC BAU employees have received SIT training provided in Hamburg by Vestas and GWO, which ensures that they perform their duties inside the turbines in a conscientious and safe manner, and guarantees the ability to carry out a safe evacuation or provide first aid to injured persons if necessary.

Since March 2020, COVID-19 restrictions have been in place within our company. Office staff and construction site personnel have received proper training in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the requirements of the epidemiological surveillance services.
